As Team Leader Field , you will lead and be responsible for the performance of the Field Service. Together with your team, you ensure the correct handling of service requests and the commercial development of customer relationships. You will work closely with other departments such as Customer Support, Project Management, the Production Office, Sales, and the Service teams of other Probat entities. You report directly to the local Service Department Manager.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• As Team Leader, you oversee the quality of the services provided.
• You define departmental objectives and ensure their successful implementation.
• You are also responsible for the installation and commissioning of projects according to the defined quality standards.
• You ensure thorough planning, and since the safety of our colleagues is a top priority, you are well-versed in safety, environmental, occupational health, and quality regulations.
