This is a highly cross-functional role that will involve working with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal and Community. Community Lifecycle is a newer function for Reddit. This role will be instrumental in fixing and optimizing this community growth funnel. This role focuses on defining and creating automated workflows and interventions for every stage of a community’s journey, ensuring the team’s impact scales. Location: Remote-US Responsibilities: Own & Execute Scaled Tooling Community Growth Roadmap: Lead the design and execution of the Community Growth Funnel roadmap, identifying the necessary technical infrastructure, data signals, and automated workflows to unlock community health and growth. Build Scaled Channel Operations: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build the technical foundation of diversified channels. This includes making channel requests and building technical roadmaps. Signal Optimization: Work closely with Data Science to refine community health signals, pinpoint opportunities, and eliminate gaps in the community's journey.
