We’re looking for a versatile, Full Stack Developer(MERN) to help build and optimize the platforms that drive our business. Role Overview: You will be the technical lead responsible for: ● Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations ● Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer ● Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows ● Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.) You will be an experienced, senior, hands-on engineer with architectural autonomy and significant influence over Lytegen’s technology direction. This is a greenfield opportunity to help define the architecture, build core integrations, and ship real tools used daily by hundreds of internal and external users and would be ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving end-to-end business workflow problems, not just writing code.
