This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational judgment, cross-functional communication, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into disciplined execution on the plant floor and across supporting functions. The ideal candidate is a driven operator who balances strategic vision with the ability to personally drive tactical initiatives, remove barriers, and ensure results. This leader will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety, engineering, finance, and sales to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities, others may be assigned. Operational Leadership Own end-to-end operational performance aligning company objectives with daily execution. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations aligned with company quality standards and regulatory requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost, quality, and service. Ensure operations delivers end results that are consistent with the original goals, scope, and intended outcomes.
