Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced (Jr.) Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

As the (Jr.) Graphic Designer, you support our growing design and marketing teams across a wide range of creative needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to brand, campaign and CRM work, including email layout, website graphics and visual storytelling for customer communications.

Responsibilities:

• Own the visual design of our CRM campaigns, including emails, newsletters, and customers lifecycle touchpoints
• Design email templates and modules in alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions and on-brand visuals
• Translate concepts and briefs into high-quality designs that support business goals
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices for web, mobile, and app
• Assist with the creation of digital assets, including website visuals for desktop, mobile, and app
• Support the upkeep of brand assets, templates, and documentation
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Required Skills:

• 
  
• 1 years of experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in design, or related field
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; AI Tools such as Midjourney are a Plus
• Interest in email and CRM design, basic experience with email platforms (e.g. Iterable, Mailchimp, Klavyio)
• Experience with basic HTML/CSS for email design
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, strong visual skills, including a strong foundation and understand in visual design (typography, color theory, layout), passion for graphic design, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
