Your mission
We want to join forces with a dedicated, eager and curious Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for our customer base in Benelux.
As the second-ever Customer Success Manager for the Dutch market, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our footprint in the Benelux region. Launched just 12 months ago, our presence in the Benelux has seen incredible traction, with a rapidly growing clientele that includes leading organizations such as Ziekenhuis Tergooi, Arkin, Hilverzorg, Nabuurs, and Europool.
This is more than a role. You will not only be the primary contact for our Benelux clients but also have the chance to shape the future of our services in this vibrant market.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll lead support, implementation, and sales initiatives, playing a pivotal role in our Customer Success Management functionality within the Benelux market. Reporting to the VP Customer Success and collaborating closely with the Regional Director Benelux and your colleague Customer Success Manager, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact. This is a full-time position.
What are the key responsibilities?
Provide technical support to our customers in Benelux
Lead implementation for new clients
Manage customer success projects
Contract renewals and upselling
Act as a technical expert for internal and external stakeholders
Cultivate strong customer relationships
Deliver training and educational sessions
