A ce titre, vous gérez une équipe de 5 personnes, constituée d’ingénieurs et de techniciens. Le pôle Hydraulique fluvial et Milieux Aquatiques prend en charge des missions : d’études générales (études de faisabilité, modélisations hydrauliques de cours d’eau, …) de maîtrise d’œuvre de conception et/ou de réalisation d’opérations de gestion des milieux aquatiques et de protection contre les inondations (GEMAPI) : restauration de la continuité écologique, restauration et renaturation de cours d’eau, protections de berges, … Le pôle Hydraulique et Milieux Aquatiques a vocation à se développer en accompagnement d’un marché dynamique. Vous participez pleinement au management du pôle, au pilotage des missions, à la production des offres et à la Direction de projets de certaines missions. Le développement commercial vous amène à exercer un rôle transversal et d’échange d’informations auprès des clients ainsi qu’auprès d’autres pôles du Département ou du périmètre Régional de la Branche voire de la BU Infrastructures et Territoires Durables (ITD). Votre expérience dans le management d’équipe et vos compétences de pilotage de projets vous permettront d’assurer aussi le rôle de Directeur de projet sur ces missions spécifiques. Vous connaissez un ou plusieurs logiciels de modélisation numérique des écoulements (HEC-RAS, PCSWWM, TELEMEAC, Infoworks, …) et avez une bonne maîtrise des logiciels de SIG (QGis, MapInfo, ArcGIS).
