Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique de la Directrice Générale, vous serez son véritable bras droit et aurez la charge de coordonner l’ensemble des équipes de l’hôtel, tant les services opérationnels que les services supports. Description du poste Vous serez en charge de : Management des équipes : coordonner, motiver et développer les compétences des collaborateurs. Excellence client : garantir une expérience client irréprochable et personnalisée dans tous les services de l’hôtel. Stratégie et performance : contribuer à la stratégie globale, au suivi commercial et financier, et au développement de l’hôtel. Opérations et innovation : superviser les opérations quotidiennes, les événements et la restauration, tout en proposant des initiatives d’amélioration. Ambassadeur et bras droit : représenter l’hôtel, remplacer la Directrice Générale en son absence et incarner les codes du luxe.
