Primary Responsibilities Ensure Sales Enablement Specialists continuously improve performance and abilities through coaching, training, and recurring weekly 1:1s. Establish and monitor KPIs that balance volume with quality in pipeline creation and qualified meetings. Collaborate with Sales and T3 Leadership to refine opportunity management, lead qualification, and handoff processes. Maintain effective outreach sequences for all territories to ensure consistent prospecting coverage. Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment against goals.
