Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): Minimum of one year experience working in a medical setting including a clinic, hospital, private practice, or pharmacy; Minimum of one year experience working in a high-volume customer service role including both face-to-face and multi-line telephone system communications; Diploma from an approved High School or GED equivalent; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
