Description du poste Missions : Vous serez en charge de l’accueil, des check-in, check-out et vous assurez le suivi de la qualité de l’accueil et des prestations délivrées à la clientèle de l’hôtel tout au long de leur séjour. Vous entretenez et développez une relation privilégiée auprès de notre clientèle.
