Educate families on Permanency Program processes and serve as a liaison between families and program staff. Facilitate placement support by obtaining required documents and preparing case files for audits. Transport children and conduct agency business, adhering to driving requirements. Coordinate service delivery with agency program staff and provide documentation and reports with evaluative content.
