Document and Standardize Network Operations: Maintain detailed network diagrams, configuration records, and SOPs to support audit readiness and streamline troubleshooting. Mentor and Develop Team Talent: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence. (D.O.E) Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale, enterprise-class network operations, including planning, design, implementation, and support, with a focus on Cisco devices (Catalyst, Nexus), Firewalls, and Load Balancers. CCNP Enterprise or CCIE certification (current or expired within the last 3 years). Extensive experience with routing protocols and network technologies . Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues, including hardware, L3/L2 problems, application connectivity, and P2P VPN connections. Experience with PIM, MSDP, Anycast-RP, and Multicast in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Network Monitoring Tools.
