Обязанности: 1. Поддерживать внедрение системы планирования (Prolink JDA) в модуле планирования производства категории Соки. 2. Обеспечивать соблюдение пользователями алгоритма ежедневной работы в системе планирования (Prolink JDA) в соответствии с принципами интегрированного планирования цепей поставок. 3. Поддерживать конечных пользователей системы планирования (Prolink JDA) в режиме гиперопеки непосредственно после внедрения модуля производственного планирования. 4. Оказывать консультации по возможности применения в системе планирования (JDA) изменений в цепи поставок. 5. Проводить обучающие сессии для сотрудников отдела планирования, в том числе вновь пришедших, по использованию системы планирования (Prolink JDA). 6. Оказывать ежедневную поддержку пользователям по использованию системы планирования (Prolink JDA) и устранению ошибок в настройках системы. 7. Создавать запросы и взаимодействовать с технической поддержкой системы планирования (Prolink JDA) в случае возникновения системных сбоев и их устранения, обеспечивать своевременную коммуникацию среди локальных пользователей. 8. Поддерживать актуальность обучающих материалов, своевременно отражать в них системные нововведения. 9. Понимать бизнес-контекст, взаимосвязь различных операционных систем и мастер-данных для настройки соответствующего дизайна системы планирования (Prolink JDA). 10. Проводить регулярный анализ индикаторов (KPI) по использованию системы совместно с пользователями системы планирования (Prolink JDA). 11. Разрабатывать корректирующий план действий совместно с пользователями и центральной командой (СOE). 12. Описывать бизнес- сценарии, специфические для российского бизнес-подразделения, обсуждать варианты их реализации в системе с центарльной командой (COE). 13. Создавать техническое задание на применение нестандартных алгоритмов и настроек системы планирования (Prolink JDA) и совместно прорабатывать их реализацию с бизнес-партнерами и системной поддержкой в секторальной команде. 14. Проводить тестирования новых настроек совместно с центральной командой (COE) и системной поддержкой. 15. Создавать и оптимизировать отчетность по ошибкам в мастер данных, необеспеченному спросу (unmet); cовместно отслеживать выполнение с пользователями и разрабатывать корректирующий план. 16. Поддерживать корректные мастер данные в системе планирования (Prolink JDA). 17. Отслеживать системные усовершенствования, обеспечивать их применение в повседневной работе пользователей системы планирования (Prolink JDA). Требования: Экспертиза в системе планирования Prolink JDA: опыт работы в роли пользователя системы от 2 лет; предпочтительно – опыт ключевого пользователя. Опыт в планировании запасов/производства/сырья от 2 лет. Продвинутый пользователь MS Excel. Опыт работы с большими массивами данных от 1 года. Уровень английского языка А2+ по системе CEFR. Высшее образование, желательно, математическое или статистика
