Description Basic Description: The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities for Flat Branch Home Loans. Success will be achieved through appointment setting, hitting revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling. This candidate is required to work locally in one of our Columbia, MO locations; it is not available as a remote position. Primary duties include outbound lead generated calling, e-mail communication, taking pre-qualification applications, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. Responsibilities: Pass the National NMLS test and obtain an NMLS license and the required state licensing. Inside sales agents will be responsible for outbound calling and responding to inbound sales inquiries to meet with clients who are interested in starting the prequalification process for a mortgage. Become an expert on the evolving Lead Generated environment in Mortgage Lending and a unique value proposition to prospective clients and skillfully handle and overcome objections Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline Take complete pre-qualification applications and move customers to obtain a pre-qualification letter for making offers on homes. Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding Mortgage Lending Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with direct manager and company owner.
