We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Tele caller who is fluent in Malayalam and English to join our team at TECHCO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, a leading software and hardware company. This role will involve a combination of tele calling, receivable collection, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients, promoting our products and services, managing incoming and outgoing calls, following up on receivables, and supporting marketing initiatives. The Tele caller will play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication, customer relationship management, and timely collection of payments.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred for effective communication with clients.
• Proven experience as a tele caller, customer support agent, or marketing assistant in a software/hardware or IT services environment.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle marketing-related tasks, such as lead generation, email campaigns, and customer outreach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software and hardware products is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in tele calling, debt collection, customer service, or marketing within the tech industry is preferred.

• Tele calling & Sales: Contact existing and potential customers to promote our software and hardware products and services. Provide information, answer queries, and close sales over the phone.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential leads to support the sales team.
