Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter kaufmännischer Support (m/w/d) bist Du ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Geschäftskunden im Rahmen unseres Managed Services-Angebotes die bestmögliche Unterstützung erhalten und unsere Dienstleistungen abgerechnet werden.

  • Du betreust unsere Geschäftskunden, wie Caterer, Behörden und Lizenznehmer, bei ihren Anliegen und stehst ihnen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Seite.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Prüfung, Korrektur sowie die Abwicklung der Caterer-Abrechnungen.
  • Bei Abrechnungsdifferenzen oder Unstimmigkeiten über Buchungen und sonstige Posten klärst Du diese proaktiv und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation.
  • Du überwachst und führst den Zahlungsverkehr im vereinbarten Kundenumfang durch und stellst sicher, dass alle Transaktionen korrekt ablaufen.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Finance-Team und unseren Kunden bereitest Du die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse vor und trägst so zur finanziellen Integrität des Unternehmens bei.
  • In Spitzenzeiten, wie während Urlaubszeiten, des Schuljahreswechsels oder bei Krankheitsausfällen, unterstützt Du tatkräftig den Teilnehmerservice („Eltern-Support“) und sorgst dafür, dass der Betrieb reibungslos weiterläuft.

Qualifikation

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Du verfügst über Grundwissen im Bereich Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word.
  • Zahlenaffinität und lösungsorientiertes Denken zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise hilft Dir, auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2) und gut auf Englisch (B2).
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und bleibst auch bei Konflikten und Eskalationen stets freundlich und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du arbeitest auch unter Druck und bei vielen Themen parallel effizient und präzise.
