- Manage production plans, labour utilisation and equipment to maximise throughput and operational efficiency

- Lead daily production meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across waste, quality, productivity and machine performance

- Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies including 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Centre-lining and visual management
