Description

We are looking for a well presented, proactive person to join our team as an Administrative and Delivery Support representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for hand delivering documents and small parcels around Canberra for our company each day, as well as providing administrative support to our team in the office.
Company vehicle provided, regular hours each week, great stability and team.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Interaction with a variety of clients and businesses face-to-face deliveries
  • Ensuring packages are delivered securely, quickly and efficiently
  • Maintainance of company vehicle (organise servicing, regular wash and vacuum etc.)
  • General administrative duties
  • Mail logging
  • Support services to business teams

Selection Criteria:

  • Full Australian drivers licence
  • Clean AFP National Police Check (arranged through company)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate around Canberra
  • Proactive and independent qualities
