Title: Regional Manager, Quality and Cultural Safety & Humility
Salary: $99,899 - $117,528 - $135,158 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Fraser Salish Region, BC, located on the ancestral territories of the Stó:lo¯ Nations – Hybrid

ABILITIES
As Regional Manager, Quality and Cultural Safety & Humility (CS&H), you will play a key leadership role in advancing culturally safe, anti-racist, and high-quality care across the region. You will oversee all CS&H initiatives, including the Feedback & Accountability Project, ensuring services are responsive to the needs and values of Indigenous communities. You will also be collaborating with the Indigenous Health Collaborative Council and its sub-committees to drive meaningful, community-informed improvements in care.
