Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Required
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck projects.
  • Help/support with project tasks.
  • Report directly and follow direction of Project Manager.
  • Follow up on project tasks.
  • Update project status/notes in CRM Jobnimbus app.
  • Ability to use Google Calendar.
  • Understand technical demands and convert them into solutions for the project.
  • Help with project communication.
  • Check material on-site for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck projects.
  • Work with subcontractors to meet material and project needs.
  • Interact with homeowners as face of company.
  • Responsible for project close out and clean up.
  • Follow and maintain professional appearance and safety while operating company truck and towing trailer to and from job sites.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift 80+ lbs.
    Bilingual is a plus!
