Responsibilities
  • Support both process and maintenance activities.
  • Safeguard procedures by executing lockout and tagout methods.
  • Expertly troubleshoot PLCs, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
  • Document and verify application equipment parameters.
  • Enhance our Automated Maintenance Management System (AMMS).
  • Use milling machines and lathes to fabricate and repair equipment.
  • Innovate robotic pathways and operating parameters for new products.
  • Conduct daily maintenance on conveyors, robots, motors, and more to ensure superb performance.
  • Drive improvements to bolster key operating indicators (KOI).
  • Keep meticulous logs of daily maintenance activities.
