Job Description
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Innovation and Change Management: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, identify opportunities for technological improvements, develop and present actionable plans for implementing innovative solutions
  • Strategic Technology Consulting: Provide expert advice on leveraging technology to enhance business processes, conduct regular assessments of current technological landscape and recommend improvements and stay updated with the latest technological trends and their potential applications
  • Solution Architecture and Project Management: Analyze business requirements and design appropriate technology solutions that will evolve into scalable digital products. Oversee the implementation of IT&D solutions from conception to completion, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • IT&D Product Portfolio Delivery: Lead and support the delivery of Regional/Global IT&D Portfolio initiatives, contribute to the development of IT strategies and product roadmaps and ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities
