RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LEGAL SECRETARY

Ashley Wilson Solicitors LLP, an established boutique law firm in the heart of London is looking to hire a pro-active experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary who is used to working in a busy team.
You will assist a partner with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include:
· Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
· Leases
· Re-mortgages and Bridging Finance
· Transfers of Equity

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

· Proven experience as Legal Secretary Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (computer systems, transcription software, Dictaphone etc)
· Proficiency in English
· Outstanding time-management, organisation, and typing skills
· Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people
· Experience of LEAP and eCos systems would be helpful but not essential.
· Working under pressure.
· High level of initiative and willingness to learn.
· Effectively communicates with clients, colleagues and partners
