Our team is continuously growing and we are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our cross-functional teams.
You’ll be working in an established company that transforms accounting into an exciting experience while creating innovative solutions and competing with the best in product development.
Our goal is to deliver high value to our customers on a daily basis, and in order to accomplish this we release software several times each day. Main focus points are future-proof architecture, usability, performance, stability and security. We emphasize quality code and good use of design patterns.
Tripletex is a cloud ERP product hosted on AWS. Mobile is React Native, Frontend is in React.js 18 and Backend is in Java 17. We use Spring core. Database is Aurora DB. We have modern and stable technologies, but also need to continuously modernize the legacy stack. Expect a mix between adding value by fixing tech-debt, improving our current features and implementing new ones with an emphasis on the later two.

KNOW THE TEAM

You will join Tripletex’s infrastructure team, Bond. Bond currently has two team-members in Iasi and four in Oslo, working together as one team.
We develop and maintain environments, pipelines, and support tools that are crucial for the rest of the development department to roll out code to production as fast and often as they want – currently around 500 times per month.
Our work spans a wide range, using AWS, TypeScript, CDK, GitHub Actions, to name a few. Developing support services written in TypeScript, Java, or Kotlin is also part of the daily routine. While much is already well-established and functioning smoothly, we also have plenty of exciting challenges ahead. Together with the team, you’ll have a significant impact – both on which tasks are prioritized and how they are executed.
With a flat organizational structure and decision-making authority within the teams, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence technical choices. We believe in build, measure, learn. Some of us are self-taught, all of us are well-taught, but none will ever be fully taught.
We work closely with the other teams in the development department. Our repositories are open to their input and vice versa.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

We are looking for someone with some years of development and cloud operations experience. You are capable of getting things done, whether starting from scratch or adjusting existing systems. You are interested in configuring cloud platforms and CI/CD tools to create effective pipelines, making developers happy.

• You enjoy continuously improving tools and solutions
• Writing code is your go-to approach for solving tasks
• You have experience working with operations in fast moving cloud environments
• You have experience working with container orchestration

As a person, you are curious, a challenger, and take responsibility – sharing your experience readily. We also hope you’re interested in AI and automation, as we believe these are the core of future solutions. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
