Scheduled hours are Wednesday- Saturday 10:30 am - 7:30 pm and Sunday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM. Job Summary: To provide excellent dining room service in serving meals to residents and guests in a professional manner. Daily cleaning, bussing tables, setting up tables and completing daily side work. Job Duties: Maintains control of and responsibility for assigned section. This includes the satisfaction of residents dining in the section, as well as the look, cleanliness and presentation of the section. Ensures that food is delivered hot to each resident and assists others in delivering food throughout the dining room. Fully communicates any mistakes, mishaps, complaints and accidents to the Culinary Supervisor and the Community Administrator. Demonstrates knowledge of food menu items and specials. Assists with all aspects of the dining experience for all residents.
