Job Description & RequirementsWhat You’ll Do:
As our E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our online stores’ visual appeal, ensuring our products shine, and managing key relationships for our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) brands. Your responsibilities will include:

Content & Design

• Create eye-catching e-commerce banners and layouts.
• Take and edit product images, crafting compelling listings for new launches.
• Generate engaging photo and video content for product exposure and brand awareness.
• Design promotional materials, artwork for new products, and digital advertisements.
• Craft, write, and update content for various social media platforms.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with our brand style.

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Maintain the visual layout and overall health of our e-commerce stores.
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.
• Create, manage, and upload product listings across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok.
• Dispatch orders accurately to our logistics partners.
• Respond to customer queries on platform chat to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular pricing checks and monitor inventory levels.

Brand Asset Management

• Maintain our essential brand image and video library.

Brand Servicing (3PL Brands)

• Act as the key liaison for brands utilizing our 3PL services.
• Coordinate product uploads, stock movement, campaign execution, and platform alignment for these brands.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth execution for each brand account.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
