Deine Aufgaben

  • du übernimmst die Koordination und technische Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Wärmeversorgung mit Wärmepumpen für Industrie und Immobilien
  • du begleitest die Kalkulation sowie die zeitliche Koordination der Produktentwicklung
  • du verantwortest den technischen Vertrieb und entwickelst zielgerichtete, innovative Marketingkonzepte
  • du vertrittst unsere Lösungen auf Messen, in Social Media und einschlägigen Fachforen
  • du sorgst für den nachhaltigen Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • du repräsentierst unsere Lösungen gegenüber den Kunden und übernimmst Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • du identifizierst neue Geschäftsfelder, Märkte und Zielgruppen durch Marktbeobachtung und -analysen

Dein Profil

  • du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit technischer Zusatzqualifikation oder eine technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • du bist technikbegeistert, denkst innovativ und willst Energieversorgung gemeinsam mit uns neu denken
  • du bist kommunikativ, proaktiv und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu
  • du bist ein starker Verhandlungspartner, kannst dich durchsetzen und dein Gegenüber für dich und deine Ideen gewinnen
  • du bist flexibel, arbeitest selbständig und ergreifst Eigeninitiative in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den wichtigsten Marketing Tools, erkennst und nutzt die Potenziale von Social Media und organisierst professionelle Messeauftritte
