Als Service Engineer für Gerätesysteme betreust du unsere internen Servicetechniker im Inhouse-Reparatur-Center sowie unsere Neuentwicklungen in der Industrialisierungsphase und in den ersten Monaten im Feld. In deiner Rolle entwickelst du ein tiefes technisches Verständnis für unsere Produkte, deren Funktionsweise und mögliche Fehlerbilder – mit dem Ziel, dieses Wissen in klar strukturierte Prozesse zur Fehlerdiagnose und Reparatur zu überführen. Du definierst Workflows und Anweisungen und stehst in engem technischen Austausch mit den Bereichen Qualität und Engineering. Du agierst als wichtiger Stakeholder in der Produktentwicklung, indem du Anforderungen aus Sicht des Service beschreibst und so zu einem Design-for-Service-Ansatz in unseren Produkten beiträgst. Mit deinem produktspezifischen Fachwissen unterstützt du sowohl unseren Kundensupport als auch unsere Servicetechniker bei der Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen.

  • Anleitung des Serviceteams sowie fachliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Reparatur-Centers; Schnittstelle zum US-Service-Team
  • Entwicklung von Reparaturkonzepten für Neuprodukte in Abstimmung mit der Produktentwicklung und den Produktverantwortlichen
  • Erstellung von Reparatur- und Analyseberichten sowie Durchführung von Fehlerhäufigkeitsanalysen
  • Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Serviceprozessen und der Reparaturqualität
  • Validierung der Reparaturkonzepte während der Musterphasen und Aufbau eines systematischen Verständnisses von Fehlerursachen
  • Funktion als fachliche Ansprechperson für Kundensupport und Servicetechniker
  • Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien für interne und externe Servicetechniker im Bereich Gerätesysteme
  • Durchführung von Trainings für neue Servicetechniker und externe Servicepartner
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung und Produktentwicklung
  • Abgeschlossenes elektrotechnisches Studium (Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc. oder M.Sc.) sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem fachlich relevanten Service- oder Engineering-Umfeld; Erfahrung im Umgang mit Batteriesystemen von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit zur systematischen Beschreibung unbekannter Fehlerbilder, zur Klassifikation von Fehlern und zur Ableitung lösungsorientierter Workflows
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Produkten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Software und Hardware in Embedded-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung sowie strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Unternehmensschnittstellen
  • Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit am Hauptstandort Ludwigsburg sowie zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen
