JOB DESCRIPTION

AERMUT is looking for a versatile IT Help Desk & Systems Analyst onsite in Draper, UT. Working alongside the IT Manager, this role provides day-to-day IT support for employees across plants, batch offices, and field operations while also helping to optimize our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong IT troubleshooting skills and experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems), including building workflows, reports, and dashboards that support dispatch, logistics, inventory, and financial processes. Experience supporting SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance is a strong plus.
