Aujourd’hui, le Groupe recherche un(e) comptable senior en gestion locative.

Rattaché(e) au service immobilier, vous êtes responsable de la tenue comptable et du suivi administratif des comptes d’un portefeuille patrimonial en gérance, de plusieurs ASL et d’une gestion pour compte de tiers (40 immeubles

Responsibilities
  • Descriptif du poste :Quittancement des loyers et des charges locatives
  • Prélèvement des appels de loyers et de charges
  • Appels de fonds des ASL
  • Édition et analyse des comptes rendus de gérance, avec contrôle de la facturation des honoraires de gestion
  • Contrôle des indexations de loyers, des franchises et des loyers progressifs avant facturation, en collaboration avec l’Asset Manager
  • Gestion des échéanciers mensuels fournisseurs
  • Saisie des factures fournisseurs prélevées
  • Contrôle des factures fournisseurs saisies par les agences
  • Régularisation des charges et ajustement des provisions appelées aux locataires, aux AFUL et aux ASL
  • Refacturation aux locataires des travaux exceptionnels, des consommations de fluides, des taxes sur les bureaux et des taxes foncières
  • Édition des décomptes de sortie et gestion du remboursement des dépôts de garantie
  • Suivi des encaissements
  • Suivi des impayés en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et le Directeur juridique
  • Réalisation des rapprochements bancaires
  • Contrôle de la réciprocité des comptes avec la comptabilité générale
  • Pointage des comptes de la balance âgée dans Even
  • Gestion et contrôle des interfaces entre Even et Sage
  • Traitement et suivi des demandes internes ainsi que de celles des fournisseurs et des clients
