Missions principales : Livraison des projets de la roadmap immobilière (10 à 15/an) o En collaboration avec le concepteur Merch, les équipes commerciales et gestion du bâtiment, vous avez la responsabilité de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de chaque projet d’ouverture, de déménagement ou de refonte des magasins REXEL sur votre périmètre. Encadrement et formation des équipes lors des déménagements Gestion et implantation des offres Assurer la bonne compréhension des parcours clients et internes préalablement définis. Mise en place des outils de mesure des performances Audits et diagnostics agences (40 à 50 /an) A la demande des directions, Marketing, des ventes ou des pôles, vous intervenez sur les sites en difficultés, pour proposer après audit, un plan d’actions de remise en conformité tout en veillant à l’alignement stratégique (offre / marché / parcours) Votre expertise sera attendue sur : L’aménagement de l’espace de vente et des parcours clients, La compréhension des offres et services L’implantation des produits, la mise en avant des promotions et la théâtralisation des animations. Certains diagnostics pourront nécessiter du phasage et un suivi personnalisé lors des implantations. La mise en place des outils de mesure des performances Encadrement et pilotage des campagnes merchandising sur votre périmètre (Stock / promotion / animation) Au rythme des déploiements organisées par le Marketing, vous assurez la bonne compréhension et mise en application des outils par le terrain. A partir de l’application Yoobic, vous suivrez et mesurerez les résultats et l’impact commercial des opérations. Fort de votre expertise et des retours terrain, vous pourrez proposer et tester toutes les solutions permettant d’améliorer notre performance en agences. Anime et Mesure des indicateurs Merchandising. En complément de Yoobic et à partir des tableaux de bord conçus par le Back-office, vous assurez l’analyse et la restitution des résultats sur votre périmètre. Formations A travers l’ensemble de vos missions, mais également à la demande des Zones ou Pôles, vous dispensez la formation et valorisez les expertises Merchandising, agencement et aménagement afin de permettre aux équipes agences leur montée en compétences et renforcer leur autonomie. Accompagnement de la direction Marketing / Merchandising à étudier et trouver des solutions innovantes pour améliorer : L’organisation globale de l’agencement et des parcours clients et vendeurs Le renforcement de l’identité visuelle et la clarté de la réponse REXEL en agences.
