About Job We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our Lending products. This role is critical as we expand our lending portfolio to serve more micro-merchants with accessible, responsible credit. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lending product lifecycle — from loan origination, credit decisioning, disbursement, to collections. You will work closely with our Risk and Data Science teams to build credit models that balance growth with portfolio health. Key Responsibilities Own Lending Product Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for loan origination, credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and collections Scale Lending Portfolio: Drive growth in loan disbursements while maintaining healthy portfolio quality (NPL, default rates) Credit Product Innovation: Develop new lending products tailored to micro-merchant needs (e.g., working capital loans, inventory financing, revenue-based financing) Credit Decisioning: Partner with Data and Risk to improve credit scoring models, reduce fraud, and optimize approval rates Regulatory Compliance: Ensure lending products comply with OJK regulations and responsible lending practices Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Risk, Data, Engineering, Collections, and Business teams to deliver on roadmap Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs including disbursement volume, approval rate, NPL ratio, collection rate, and customer satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in lending, credit, or financial services Strong understanding of lending mechanics: credit scoring, underwriting, disbursement, collections Experience with SMB or micro-lending products strongly preferred Data-driven mindset — comfortable with credit metrics (NPL, PAR, approval rate, default rate) Understanding of OJK regulations for lending (P2P or multifinance) Strong analytical skills — can analyze portfolio performance and make data-driven decisions Experience balancing growth with risk management Excellent communication skills — can work with technical and business stakeholders Experience in agile methodologies
