Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lead technician in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will not only excel in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance but also have the capability to manage and execute equipment replacements from start to finish. Essential Functions Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and other commercial HVAC equipment Execute equipment replacements, including rooftop units, condensers, furnaces, and air handlers Accurately assess system issues and propose effective solutions to clients Complete detailed service reports and maintain organized documentation Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when needed Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customers Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry standards Requirements Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 5 years as a lead technician EPA Universal Certification (Required) Proven ability to perform equipment replacements independently Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
