Job Description: Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management
Organization: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Compliance and Risk Management is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and implementing the compliance and risk management programs for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Rhode Island. This position ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and other governing bodies. The AVP will develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.
