Das erwartet Sie

  • Betreuung und Verwaltung von Legal-Tech Anwendungen, einschließlich Anforderungs-, Test-, Einführungs-, Change- und Problemmanagement
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Nutzung der Anwendungen, Analyse und Lösung von Störungen sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Anpassung und Erweiterung der Anwendungen sowie Umsetzung von Schnittstellen
  • Analyse der Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse unserer Know-how Träger und Erstellung von Konzepten, Spezifikationen und Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung, Schulung und Nutzung der Legal-Tech-Anwendungen
  • Unterstützung im 2nd oder 3rd Level Support bei Störungen
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern bei Störungen und Weiterentwicklungen der Systeme und Schnittstellen
  • Planung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister in Absprache mit Stakeholdern und dem IT-Application Manager
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten
