Description The Pre-Owned Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle process, from acquisition to sale. This includes vehicle sourcing, reconditioning, pricing, marketing, and sales support. Responsibilities Vehicle Acquisition: Source pre-owned vehicles through various channels, including trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases. Evaluate vehicle condition and determine appropriate purchase price. Negotiate deals with sellers and ensure timely acquisition of vehicles. Vehicle Reconditioning: Oversee the vehicle reconditioning process, including cleaning, detailing, and mechanical repairs. Coordinate with technicians and body shop to ensure timely and quality reconditioning. Inspect reconditioned vehicles to verify quality standards. Vehicle Pricing: Research market trends and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing for pre-owned vehicles. Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Vehicle Marketing: Create compelling vehicle listings for online and print advertising. Manage online listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with marketing department to develop effective marketing campaigns. Sales Support: Provide sales team with product knowledge and support to facilitate sales.
