PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated HR officer to join our HR Advisory team.
As a HR Officer you would be required to provide advice, support and guidance on a range of people policies and processes for non-complex ER cases. You will work closely with the team to manage a busy HR Inbox and provide high levels of service to our stakeholders, providing first query resolution where possible. The role is varied with a level of administration and HR case work and is a good developmental role if you wish to progress your career within HR.
This role needs an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will work collaboratively with all our HR teams. Is self-motivated and can work independently as well as part of a great team. An exceptional communicator who can build and maintain secure relationships with all stakeholders. You will need excellent organisational skills to successfully manage, prioritise and meet deadlines while keeping in mind the wider business needs.
