The National EDI Business Operations (NEBO) membership team supports open enrollment as the primary contact for employer group and Third Party Administrator’s end-to-end electronic enrollment and premium file onboarding and testing coordination for all markets and lines of businesses. Serves as part of a consultant team with expertise in ASC X12 files and business operations to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful file implementations, business initiatives, and projects. Manages EDI projects or project components for membership transactions, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Job Summary: Serves as part of a consultant team under the guidance of more senior team members to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
