Azienda attiva nella gestione di servizi per l’utenza privata e aziendale, seleziona una figura da inserire con decorrenza immediata presso il proprio punto informativo, con il ruolo di Addetto/a al Front Office.

Attività previste:

  • Accoglienza dei visitatori e orientamento all’interno della struttura;
  • Gestione delle richieste, segnalazioni e reclami da parte degli utenti;
  • Supporto informativo su servizi aziendali attivi, promozioni e modalità di accesso;
  • Utilizzo di software gestionali per il monitoraggio delle richieste e il contatto con i vari reparti interni.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali;
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico;
  • Precisione, puntualità e capacità organizzative;
  • Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (posta elettronica, Excel, sistemi gestionali);
  • È necessario essere automuniti per poter effettuare attività presso clienti o punti informativi territoriali.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e flessibilità operativa.

Offerta:

  • Contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi, prorogabile;
  • Orario full time su turni da lunedì a domenica, fascia oraria 10:00–19:00 con pausa inclusa (1 giorno di riposo settimanale);
  • Buoni pasto giornalieri
