WHY YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related area; relevant work experience/certification may be a substitute
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Broad knowledge of human resources best practices and employment regulations
• Ability to analyze data to strategically improve Jaybird Senior Living’s employment practices

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. • Manage corporate payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and improve payroll percentages
• Ensure all pre-hire and new-hire processes are compliant with state and federal laws, as well as internal training and onboarding expectations
• Maintain company handbook, job descriptions, offer letters, and policies/procedures relating to employment
• Lead and/or participate in interviews, investigations, counseling, hearings, and terminations
• Act as the point person for the company’s HRIS platform, garnishment process, and HR-related vendors
• Be the liason between Jaybird Senior Living/managed communities and the PEO
