Responsibilities: Collaborate daily with nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to ensure safe and efficient medication delivery. Prepare, dispense, and label medications—including non-sterile compounds, IV admixtures, and specialty products—under pharmacist supervision. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy areas; restock, inspect, and remove expired or recalled medications. Fill, replace, and deliver medications to automated dispensing cabinets and patient care units. Accurately complete all documentation for charges, medication credits, logs, and controlled substances handling. Assist in training new employees and pharmacy students on procedures and best practices. Operate pharmacy equipment, including pneumatic tube systems, automated dispensing cabinets, computers, and printers. Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives.
