The Manager of Residential Services is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in the assigned Community Homes. The Manager plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall delivery of services in accordance with current federal, state, and program standards, guidelines and regulations as well as organizational policy and procedure.
