Als Manager Tekenkamer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groep met 4 tekenaars en 2 constructeurs. Je werkt het grootste deel van je tijd zelf ook als tekenaar en zorgt daarnaast voor dat de afdeling zich verder ontwikkelt, op tijd documenten worden opgeleverd en een goede afstemming met de andere afdelingen in het bedrijf.
Voor je eigen tekenwerk in Tekla heb je te maken met opdrachtgevers, productie en montage. Je bedenkt innovatieve details en oplossingen samen met je collega’s. Je voert actief overleg met onder meer de opdrachtgever, constructeur, leveranciers en andere externe partijen naast de interne afdelingen als projectmanagement, productie en montage.
Je vindt het leuk om de lat hoog te leggen. Je hebt affiniteit hebt met het verder ontwikkelen van standaards en werkwijzen om de afdeling verder te ontwikkelen.
