About the team
ATOS Operations is a newly created team within the structure of our Global Commercial Support department. The team is located in Piastów Office Center – a modern and comfortable work environment. It is mainly responsible for preparing documents for invoicing, handling prescriptions and entering orders for customers. We offer a possibility to work in an international company and cooperate with German partners. Due to business specifics, the job is office based.
As a team, we are at the beginning of our common journey, which means that we are looking for people experienced in planning and administration who, together with us, will be responsible for proper communication, organization and cooperation in order to create a well-coordinated team.
The job

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of German (min. A2)
• Knowledge of English (min. B1)
• Min. 1 year of previous work experience in administration
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Ability to plan and prioritize task

• Preparing reimbursement related documents and prescriptions
• Issuing invoices for payors and customers
• Managing data in a CRM system
• Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
• Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
