About The Role Engineer Financial Models: Partner with the FP&A, HRIS and RevOps teams to build and maintain multidimensional data models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. You will turn financial logic into dynamic system structures. Architect Commission Logic: Collaborate with RevOps to implement complex sales compensation plans. Data Integration & Integrity: Build reliable data pipelines connecting the Planning and Compensation systems with our core stack (Saleforce, NetSuite, Success Factors and BI).
