Säkerställa att e-handels- och orderprocesser fungerar stabilt (EDI, Peppol, kataloger, ordertyper). Driva förbättringsinitiativ som ökar användning, effektivitet och datakvalitet i systemet. Dokumentera system, processer och förändringar. Säkerställa att processer, rutiner och utbildningsmaterial är aktuella och användarvänliga. Ge tekniskt stöd till Inköpsavdelningen. Din organisatoriska placering är på Inköpsavdelningen och du rapporterar till Inköpschefen. Du samarbetar nära Systemförvaltaren för övriga moduler i Raindance. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning eller gymnasieutbildning med en påbyggnad inom logistik, inköp, systemvetenskap eller ekonomi. Du har erfarenhet av order- och inköpsprocesser, med fördel från en större organisation, och har arbetat med EDI-flöden. Du har stor erfarenhet av affärssystem inom inköp/ekonomi, helst Raindance men andra system som exempelvis SAP och Visma är också intressanta. Dina kunskaper i Officepaketet, särskilt Excel, är mycket goda. Du är van att dokumentera processer och system samt att driva förändringar i projektform. Din svenska är flytande i tal och skrift.
