POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team, focusing on multifamily and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing insights that drive project success while working closely with project managers and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in estimating for multifamily or commercial construction projects ($7M+).
  • Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore, Sage, or BuilderTrend.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
