Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abstimmung von Konten und Durchführung von Zahlungsabläufen
  • Bearbeiten des Mahnwesens
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
