An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector / Viewings to join an independent estate agent at their office in Cheltenham on a part-time basis.
£14,714.88 (pro rata amount)

PROPERTY INSPECTOR – EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Previous Lettings experience
  • Solid IT skills and technology savvy
  • Excellent organisational skills and great time-keeping
  • Be able to manage your diary and have a keen eye for detail
  • Possess a clean driving licence and access to own vehicle

REQUIREMENTS

o Excellent communication and customer service skills
o At least 1 year of Property Management/Lettings experience
o Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, etc
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o High level of organisation and strong planning skills
o Ability to problem solve
