Summary: Provides exceptional dining service to members and guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of service expected in a private club environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Greet and serve members and guests promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverage selections. Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system; coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery. Serve food and beverages according to club service standards and the sequence of service. Anticipate members’ needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
