Job Description Prepare and test HPC and UHPC finished product specimens strictly adhering to approved procedures, test methods to meet the specifications Conduct material tests such as compressive strength, flexural strength, flow/slump flow, density, and others related to finished goods, with attention to details of testing method Conduct incoming raw material quality testing, in accordance with specifications Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including mixers, and others testing machines. Develop expertise on relevant testing standards such as ASTM, EN, and other methods in terms of theoretical knowledge and actual testing Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment Troubleshoot mix inconsistencies and testing anomalies in collaboration with operations engineers and supervisors Support quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities for production batches Involved and assist Supervisor/Engineers in conduct customer Lab Trial activities Assist Engineer in external lab trial and plant trial Other Ad-hoc duties as required Qualifications Experience in laboratory environment at least 1 year, experience in same industry will be an advantage. Fresh graduate encouraged to apply. Additional Information Physically fit to assist with materials preparation and lab trial Previous experience in concrete laboratory or ready-mix industry and construction materials testing lab preferred will be an added advantage Background in quality control (QC/QA) testing is highly valued.
